GIOVANNI PALAVICINI
Giovanni boasts an extensive career exceeding twenty years in the field of commercial real estate. His dedication towards understanding the real requirements of businesses, devising tailored strategies, and providing implementation assistance is a testament to his client-focused approach. He values the role of being an integral part of his clients’ teams.
Giovanni’s expertise particularly lies within the dynamic flexible workspace industry. He has a track record of consulting and assisting flexible workspace providers, companies, and landlords in shaping their overarching business plans, with a specialization in their overall real estate strategies. He has guided operators with the site selection and negotiation for nearly 100 transactions for new workspaces.
Earlier in his career, Giovanni held a prominent position as the Regional Real Estate Director for Regus for five years. During this tenure, he implemented his retail insight within the flexible workspace segment, doing over 55 transactions for Regus nationwide. He has successfully collaborated with notable brands such as Brinker, Darden, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Gloria’s.
He has also served as a strategic consultant to Southwest Airlines, helping them plan and implement a real estate strategy built for long-term growth.
As the founder of Fronteras, Giovanni now finds his purpose in partnering directly with operators to achieve their business goals.
Outside of work, Giovanni has a deep passion for his family and friends, and for giving back to his community. His community knows him for his big heart, generous spirit, and never-ending desire to serve others. Giovanni holds a bachelor’s degree from Dallas Baptist University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Texas-Arlington.
Giovanni is president of the board of Global Workspace Association (GWA), which is a community of professionals that own, design, operate and invest in flexible office space.
In addition, Giovanni serves as a co-host for the Flex Uncensored podcast, which has been broadcasting for more than a year. This podcast is geared towards operators, landlords, and vendors within the Flex Workspace industry.
